Mr. Casper and his DPC Associates present day-long Sustainable Design Workshops, throughout the Tri-State area. These workshops generally include six presentations by prominent speakers on various Sustainable Design Topics. They are given in about 8-9 times a year in locations such as Westchester, New Jersey and Midtown Manhattan, for the convenience of attendees.

Attendees to these Workshops include architects, engineers, and landscape architects. They are held in prominent venues, as listed under the heading “Seminars.”.

One of his best-known presentations is "The Nature of Construction Contracts" which, utilizing an anecdotal approach borrowing heavily from direct experiences working on major construction contracts in the public works area, lends insights into how a construction contract goes together. This program will aid individuals who are attempting to make sense out of the apparent maze that large construction contracts oftentimes appear to be.
